It has been the worst experience ever which just makes me sad before they were.good but they just took me for almost 3500 dollars the suspension in my truck was not repaired my locks when I got my car back now no longer work they were suppose to work on my lights now they short out but the suspension is the biggest issue it was suppose to be a conversion kit they never fixed it they took my family for 3700 dollars and I will prove this and I plan to sue this is something serious and dangerous to lie about I just want them to refund the money minus the break work they didn't do .a thing someone please help they even took us for a mirror for 100 that never got installed BBB will be involved kids need to be safe I don't care about covid you should treat your clients like fily I want a refund

I drove in from New Jersey and my air-conditioning broke down halfway here my favorite cousin. Eric Stewart Recommended Bexley automotive. I called and they took my car in immediately! They called the very next day with the problem and the solution. My car air conditioning is so cold it hurts lol I couldn’t ask for better repair and so affordable. At Bexley Auto Repair Center, they are honest, reliable, thorough, punctual, professional and helpful. My husband and I have been taking our cars to Keith for over 10 years. I don't know anything about cars, so I appreciate having a mechanic keeps track of maintenance tied to mileage (e.g. 60,000 mile checkup) and who test drives the car after every oil change to see how it drives and to listen for new noises. The few times our cars weren't driveable, he took care of us right away. Dawn, who schedules appointments, is very good, as are the rest of the mechanics.

Best Shop in Columbus Area - Keith and the staff are the best mechanics you'll ever find. My wife and I have been customers for over 5 years and will be until we stop driving cars. Honest, Professional, and On-Time service work. Only downside is it's not a huge shop, so make an appointment, they stay busy because they're good and people come back to them when needed.
