They told me my car was in great shape and needed only one repair but after service the problems aren't any better and haven't gone away. Some weird handling and jerkyness are intermittent now instead of all the time but it's like bolts are super loose under there or something. I'm afraid to drive my car. I brought the car back and the mechanics laughed and said they see the problem but can't do anything for me. Disappointed.

It has been the worst experience ever which just makes me sad before they were.good but they just took me for almost 3500 dollars the suspension in my truck was not repaired my locks when I got my car back now no longer work they were suppose to work on my lights now they short out but the suspension is the biggest issue it was suppose to be a conversion kit they never fixed it they took my family for 3700 dollars and I will prove this and I plan to sue this is something serious and dangerous to lie about I just want them to refund the money minus the break work they didn't do .a thing someone please help they even took us for a mirror for 100 that never got installed BBB will be involved kids need to be safe I don't care about covid you should treat your clients like fily I want a refund

Bill, I am truly sorry to hear about your experience here at Bexley Automotive. Why did you not reach out sooner or at all if you were having so many issues. It has been almost nine months since we last worked on the car that you are describing above. You and your family were also at my shop with another vehicle, that was here for over five months, in the mean time and never said that there were any issues with the fore mentioned car that we did do a lot of work on. I take great pride in standing by my work but I can't fix what I don't know is broken especially if not given the opportunity. If you would like to sit down and talk about issues in a private forum I am happy to do so.

I drove in from New Jersey and my air-conditioning broke down halfway here my favorite cousin. Eric Stewart Recommended Bexley automotive. I called and they took my car in immediately! They called the very next day with the problem and the solution. My car air conditioning is so cold it hurts lol I couldn’t ask for better repair and so affordable.
