Bexley Automotive, its team and owner Kyle Barger is unlike any other automobile service company! They’re the real deal and local hometown service that once was and is hard to find nowadays. We’ve moved 40 minutes north of Bexley and they still will bring us a car when we are out of our car for several days while being repaired. Dawn, the front desk person I don’t think has had a sick day in her life, she’s always there and always ready to greet and help her customers. I took my mustang here for a second opinion AFTER a dealer told me I had an oil leak and wanted to charge me $1000 to fix it. Kyle was very knowledgeable and found out there was nothing ever wrong with my car. He didn't even charge me to assess the car. The receptionist was also very nice. Honest mechanics are hard to find these days and I will definitely be doing future business with them.

My husbands family has been taking their cars to you guys for 20 plus years and I have sent a lot of business your way and when my husband called this morning to see if we could get our car worked on, the lady who answered the phone was so rude to him for no reason that my husband told her he would go somewhere else. Never had this experience and she just lost you over $1000. I would definitely have a chat with whoever answered your phones today. Not professional at all and she probably lost you more gain our business today if that’s how she speaks to customers on a regular basis.

This was the first time dealing with Bexley Automotive and the first word I would use to describe them is Professional. From my first call to when I picked up my car, I felt like I was dealing with pros. I had a very good idea what my first issue was, and wasn't sure so sure about the second one. Unlike the FIRST shop I took it to, (please read my review of the FIRST shop I went to!) they did a proper diagnosis, the mechanic called and confirmed what I suspected, thoroughly discussed what I needed in the future, and went over the recommend maintenance and asked what maintenance had been done. And the shocking thing was how reasonable the price was. This car goes through brakes, and I know how much that should cost in Columbus for my car. And it was about right, definitely not on the high end of what I've been quoted in the past. I'll be back for sure. So far wish I would have gone there sooner. Service: Brakes
