I have been a customer at Bexley Auto for over 20 years. Keith has helped me out in so many different ways. He referred me to a car dealer for a purchase and a body shop for repairs and then advocated for me with both companies when they were not treating me fairly. Above all, Keith is trustworthy which is so important when you are spending money on car repairs. He has spent countless hours researching problems on my cars and then charging me nothing. The care that he shows to make sure I am satisfied is way above and beyond the call of duty. I am so glad that I can rely on Keith to refer to regarding any and all car concerns. I happily refer Bexley Auto to anyone that I can.

Got me in quick, did the work for not much more than I could have bought the parts for. They even called the next day to make sure everything was working well. Very, very happy.

A friend recommended me here and now I will not go to another mechanic. These guys don't nickel and dime you and are helpful to customers who may not have the most knowledge about cars (like me). They have been able to help me with just about everything. The best thing about the place is that I trust them to not only keep my repairs under budget, but also to do an amazing job. I'll never go to another garage as long as these guys are in business and keep up the good work!

These mechanics are awesome, and they do not try to squelch you for all your money on unnecessary repairs. They tell it the way it is and then they notify you on what YOU want done after they inspect the car. We have been with them for 4 years now and will continue to go here. Dawn is the most friendliest, customer service front person that I have ever encountered. GO HERE FOR ALL YOUR CAR NEEDS!!!

Great mechanic. It's a bit of a pain trying to get in because they're so busy, but when you can finally figure out a convenient time it's worth the hassle. We all know it's difficult to find a good and honest mechanic so believe me, it's worth the hassle because these guys are honest and straightforward.

I have been going to Bexley Auto Repair for several years now and have never had a bad experience. I started using them because the shop is a short walk from my house, but I've kept on coming back because of their superior customer service and honesty. They always call me up and describe what work needs done in detail. They give the price up front without me having to ask and always give me a follow up call the next day to make sure everything is working okay. I always ask them to show me what work was done and where when I pick my car up and they always patiently oblige. I could probably save a few bucks by taking it to other shops way across town, but to me it is worth it to have trust in my mechanic. I always read bad reviews from other garages saying how work was only partially done or parts were found missing, but I am confident that I won't have this experience with Bexley Auto Repair.
