I had been looking for a place that was trustworthy to take my car since I moved to Columbus 6 years ago. Bexley Automotive is a hometown place. I took my car there due to a recommendation from a woman I work with. I wasn't disappointed. The secretary was so helpful, welcoming and nice. They called me before they made any repairs and talked to me about what needed fixed. They discussed with me what needed to be done sooner due to safety concerns and what would need fixed in the near future but wasn't urgent. What really surprised me was just recently (a couple weeks after my car was there), they sent me a postcard thanking me for my business and reminding me of what things to keep an eye on with my car. I will certainly be taking my car back for future services. AND...I've since "liked" this Facebook page, I've seen that they run specials here and there for general maintenance things (one that I saw was for buy one get one free windshield wipers).

this is an awesome shop i wish they did EVERYTHING then I would take my car to their shop ONLY. and yes dawn is AWESOME!!!

Bexley Automotive is the best automotive repair center in the area. We have been taking three generations of cars there for over 20 years, and there has never been a problem that Keith and his associates could not repair. I give Bexley Automotive my highest endorsement.

I wish I could leave no star. We asked for a radiator repair. We took it in on a Wednesday and was promised a fix by Thursday because the man purchased the wrong radiator we had to wait until Friday. The man refused any compensation for his and delay. On Friday we asked for a test drive and was denied a test drive and told pay first. We paid and our test drive was us leaving. Saturday morning while business is closed on the weekend. The radiator had a heart attack and radiator fluid filled the street. The automobile was instantly inoperable. Monday morning thinking we were going to be aided well we called and waited five minutes on hold to speak with a rude mechanic who tried to blame us for his error. He made us feel uncomfortable to return to repair and threatened to charge us more. We disputed repair charge with our bank and are seeking help with another shop with a goal to get fixed by Wednesday. Yes a week to fix a radiator. The man also had an issue with that we were a married couple and that a wife should not speak up.

Keith and the staff at Bexley Auto are just fantastic. We have been clients of Bexley Automotive for several years now and will be for many to come. Very honest, dependable, not pushy, and always a quick turnaround. Always a pleasant experience with Bexley Automotive! Thank you!
